Stop giving away 15-20% of your commission for seller leads you'd probably have won anyway

What early access looks like

Sellers in your suburb get a shortlist of the three best-performing local agents, ranked on real sales results and reviews, and contact the one they choose directly. No bidding against a dozen agents, and no subscription: you pay one flat fee only after a sale you won through us has settled, never a percentage of your commission.

  1. A homeowner enters their suburb and property type, and sees the top three agents for that area, ranked on public sales results and reviews.
  2. If they pick you, they contact you directly, as a seller who has already chosen you rather than a lead shared with every agent who paid.
  3. Nothing to pay up front or each month. Once that sale settles, you pay one flat fee, the same whatever the sale price.

In their words

If we are giving up 15 [per cent] to 20 per cent of our commission to some of these companies, the margins on a sale are probably only that anyway, so what's the point of doing it if you aren't going to make any money off it?
Douglas Driscoll, Starr Partners CEO (Real Estate Business)
I was told I had to pay $180+ monthly until my contract ended. Now, I understand most will say, 'Well, you signed,' but if 0 service is rendered, what am I paying for? Nearly $1200 was taken from my account for nothing!

No way in the world I would ever use this company, they owe me over 60,000 from unused tokens.
